How to deal with your diet at occasion time

Now a days survival is so much difficult because of the pandemic. In this time survive with healthy and fit life is main conscious of every single people. So many people give attention to their diet and exercises. Exercise is very important to be fit and to increase your immunity system. As well as diet is also important because it helps to purify us from our core of the body and flushes out all toxins. We should follow a healthy and balanced diet. We all want to lose weight so fast. Because of it we follow many many unhealthy process which helps to lose weight but it is very dangerous. Losing weight in an unhealthy process break the spine of your health skeleton and you face various kinds of health difficulties. So you should follow the healthy ways to be fit and healthy. 


When you strictly follow all diets and exercises rule , you may don't like to break it. So I'll give you some tips to manage those kinds of situations.

1. Lemon Juice with Warm Water :


After taking heavy meal or unhealthy foods you can consume juice of a full lemon with warm water after 30 mins of your meal. Lemon  is used as a
fat cutter. It helps to burn fat what you consume. And warm water increases your metabolic rate; it also helps directly to burn fat of the body. So the combination of lemon juice and warm water are best for detoxifying your body after heavy unhealthy meal. It helps to maintain your diet on the track. It also improves your digestive system. So if you feel uncomfortable after eating, you must try this recipe ; it will give you a wonderful result about digestion. Not only after heavy meal, you can consume it after having any types of meal. It promotes your weight loss process faster. 


2. Drinking Warm Water Everyday :


To maintain a healthy lifestyle or to be fit for lifelong or to lose weight it’s very important to follow some rules in a daily basis. Drinking warm water is such a good habit which is very difficult for me to describe. Because how much I tell about it, it will be less. It is very good for your weight loss. It helps to increase your metabolism. It improves digestive power. It is very important to consume 2 glasses of warm water per day. You can drink it randomly when you want. If you drink warm water after waking up in the morning before washing your mouth,  it will give you the best result. After a long sleep at night when you wake up in the morning many good bacteria are gathering in your mouth. When you drink water after your sleep, those bacteria enter into your stomach which helps to cure any kinds of infection in your stomach and prevent from occurring infections in your stomach. If you drink warm water it will be more beneficial. So try to drink warm water. If it’s not possible to consume warm water,  you may consume normal water. Remember it that drink one glass of warm water immediately after your sleep in the morning before wash your mouth and teeth. And the another glass of warm water you may consume when you wish. 

3. Extra 20 Minutes Exercise :


Suppose you are following diets and some rules to be fit; at that time you are invited somewhere or your friends arrange a party or some special people’s are invited in your place that means suddenly you have to intake heavy meals and all unhealthy stuffs and you feel very irritating or very disappointed about it because you follow healthy lifestyle and you have no options to be free from that occasions. what can you do then? You must go to attend the occasion with very happy mind because you  will prepare yourself before going there. To deal with your sudden  occasion along with your diet you will do workout 20 min extra with your scheduled workout routine. Do 20 min extra exercise and go to attend the functions without feeling any guilty.

4. Green tea after 30 min of meal : 


We all know about the good qualities of green tea. Green tea is a very good source of antioxidants. It is amazing to increase your metabolism. If your metabolic rate is high, you can lose weight very easily. If the metabolic rate is not high, it will be tough to lose weight but not impossible. If you consume that foods which is great for antioxidants, those foods will increase your metabolism. High metabolism prevents the accumulation of body fat. So for losing weight or maintaining healthy lifestyle you should drink 2,3 glasses of green tea per day. You drink it after 30 minutes of your launch and dinner. If you add a little bit of lemon juice in it, it will be more beneficial. After taking heavy unhealthy meal green tea is must because it  prevents the accumulation of body fat and increase your digestive system. 

5. Walk 20 Minutes After Dinner :


Everyone know that walking is a very good exercise. Those people who can't do exercise because of many health difficulties they can walk as well. Every single person should walk 10,000 steps daily to lead healthy lifestyle. It's not necessary to walk 10,000 step together.  Walking after having meal is very important. When you eat something your insulin level goes high, which is the main cause of gaining weight. Walk after having meal is so much important to increase metabolism and decrease insulin level. So try to walk 15-20 minutes after eating meal. 

6. Control Portion of Your Food :


Attending party or attending family get-together doesn't means giving up healthy diet. Going on a party doesn’t mean you eat a lot and feel guilty. You can eat all foods what you want but control your portion and enjoy it guilt freely. If you can't control your portion, you follow another trick. 7. Detox Diet :


I'll give you an another option as a substitute of controlling portion of your food. You attend a function and eat a lot as you wish at that day. Then the next day you can follow detox diet to detoxify your body. Detox diet helps to purify your body. It also helps to boost your digestive system, metabolic rate. It flushes out the toxins from your body. Which will help you to lose 1 kg weight in day. But here is disclaimer you can follow the detox diet 1 day of a week. 8. Follow a balance diet:

But when you break your diet and eat heavy delicious food Sometimes your body can be habituated with those foods also. So when you give up your diet you don't gain weight so easily. That's why it's very important to break your diet once a week

9. keep it as your cheat day :


If you are a healthy lifestyle follower, you must have cheat day. You all know about cheat day. Those who don't know about it, I am telling for them about cheat day. Basically it is the day when you break your diet rule and eat heavy food. When someone continuously follow diet and healthy lifestyle, after some day he/she feel exhausted and he/she feels carving for delicious foods. If you hear your mind and eat all delicious, heavy food randomly the diet what you have done before all are gone wrong. But it's not expected. Then what can you do? You eat all healthy food and follow your diet 6 days of the week and in these 6 days, when you feel carving to eat delicious, heavy food you can keep a note. The rest day of the week you will eat the food you want then go back to  your diet and follow the diet for 6 day and repeat it. The last day of  the week when you can break your diet and eat delicious, unhealthy, junks food; this day is called "cheat day". So when you are invited for function and you feel disappointed because of your diet; you can follow this trick. You can plan your diet in such a way that you can keep the day of the event as a cheat day.

10. Avoid sugary food :


To maintain your diet slightly you should skip sugary items. You can eat another option and try to skip sugary item. Because sugar is the most unhealthy food ever. If you can't skip it or you have been pressurized to eat sugary food, you eat a little amount of it not so much. Or you can take that sugary food but don't eat all; you can share it with your sweet lover friends and family member. I think its the best trick ever. No one will be disappointed by you.
