There are several varieties of exercises in the world. The effects of different exercises are different. So before starting the exercise, you should know well and then start the exercise accordingly. Yoga is a sanskrit word. Yoga is a 5000 year old discipline from India. It's both spiritual and physical. It has 3 variations.
