Chemical products are very harmful to the skin. Specially before buying any product you must check whether it contains sulfate and paraben. This two ingredients are very much harmful for your skin. Sulfate and paraben free products should be used all the times. Avoid using strong soap; always use mild soap.
No 2. Sunscreen
You should use sun protective products for your skin during all the day time. If it is not possible to use sunscreen all day, at least use sun protective products when going out. Because it helps to save our skin from the harmful ray of the sun. Sun ray is one of the most important cause of aging. It protects your skin from sunburn. And sunscreen also helps to bright your skin tone.
No 3. Drink Water
The most important and effective way to keep the skin healthy is drinking water. If your body is dehydrated, your skin will look dull and rough. So it is important to drink water to keep the skin fresh. If you drink water according to the rules for a month, then many problems of your skin will be removed and the skin will be looked healthy and glossy.
No 4. Stop Smoking
Cigarettes contain nicotine. Nicotine enters your body when you smoke. Nicotine causes various damage to your body such as reduced immunity, lung damage, skin damage etc. So we should always refrain from smoking and drinking alcohol. If we don't quit smoking and alcohol, our skin care will not work. The impression of age will begin to appear on smokers skin very soon.
No 5. Get Enough Sleep
Rest is very important for our body as well as working. A person gets a minimum of 7 hours of sleep per day. A good sleep is the cause of free from many diseases. If you do not sleep well, your skin looks dull. So we should sleep 7 hours every day as a rule to keep our skin glossy and healthy.

We know that if the base of a tree is weak then its leaves, fruits or flowers are never good. Similarly, if the inside of the human body is healthy, the outside looks beautiful. So we should follow healthy diet to keep the skin and hair of the body healthy. We should always eat fresh fruits to live diseases free life.
No 7. Limit Bath Time
It may seem strange to many that skin's well-being depends on limitations bath time. But yes, it depends. Because if we take a bath for a long time, all the essentials oils leave our body and dries the body. It's very important to look the skin healthy. So avoid to bath a long period of time.
No 8. Skip Breakfast
It sounds vey wired . But yes it can reverse aging. Skipping out on breakfast can help your skin looks younger. When you miss out on a meal, you're cutting calories. This does a lot for your body in the way of aging. Calorie instruction will increase growth hormone and lower your levels of insulin. Skipping breakfast will fight against inflammation and oxidative stress. It helps to repair cell and prevent the skin from getting too wrinkly. But skipping breakfast is not recommended for overall health issue.
No 9. Own a Plant
If you are a tree loving person then you already know how much tree is helpful for our skin. Those who have plants at home have much better skin. Because plants help to reduce environment pollution. So those who have plants in their house, their house environment will be free from pollution. And pollution free environment helps us to live healthy life. So when life is smiling, then skin is smiling.
No 10. Essential Oil
Using essential oil is very good habit for our skin. Essential oil prevents skin aging. It also helps not to close the pores of skin. It also keeps moisture of your skin. Many different kinds of essential oils are available in market. Use essential oil as your skin type. Before going to bed at night mix 1 or 2 drops of essential oil with your night moisturizer cream and apply it on your full face and go to sleep. When you wake up in the morning, you will see your smiling skin.
