Every people of different ages can do this. These workouts are suitable for everyone. You can do it at your your  home, garden, rooftop. These workouts are also beginner friendly. These exercises are so simple but it's effectiveness are not that simple. If you are not beginner then you also try this. It's perfect for all. It's a combo pack of full body workout.

No 1. Jumping Jacks 

Many of you may have heard the name of this exercise.



Procedure of Jumping Jacks

1. Stand upright and the hands should be on the side.

2. Slightly bend your knees and jump.

3. When you are jumping, the two legs will be separated and the hands will be raised over head.

4. Back to the first position.

5. Repeat.

6. Don't forget to breathe.

How it works  

It's a kind of leap or frisking. When you are jumping, your heart beat will increase. For increasing of heart beat the process calorie burning is being very fast. So it's called cardio vascular exercise. It helps us to burn more calorie in less time.

2. Try to sit like a chair with your knees bend and spine straight. Make sure the spine is straight.

3. Then stand up again.

1. Assume a push-up position then bend arms at your elbows so your weight rests on your forearms

2. Engage your abdominal muscles. 

3 Make sure the posture is straight. Don't bend your hip

4. Hold this position for 30 sec-1 min.

5. Don't forget to breathe.

How it works

It's very effective for belly fat. It's improve body balance and posture; strengthens your core. It also helps to increase your metabolic rate.

No 4. Stair Climbing

1. Stair Climbing is running up the stairs.

2. Try to be fast at the time of climbing.

3. If you climb stairs slowly then it'll not work.

4. Don't forget to breathe.

It looks very simple but it's result is amazing. It's very hard to climb up the stairs. When you climb up your pulse get higher. It's a cardio vascular exercise. It helps to lose overall body fat.

No 5. Lunges 

Procedure of Lunges



1. Stand up straight with your hands on your hip.

2. Put one leg forward.

3. Bend two knees and try to touch floor with the knees but don't touch floor.

4. Back to the first position

5. Put the another leg forward.

6. Bend two knees. 

7. Make sure your spine is straight.

8. Repeat one leg after another.

9. If you are not beginner, you may use weight by your hands.

10. Don't forget to breathe.

 How it works

It's a exercise of shaping up your body. It helps to tone your core, butt and legs. It improves the weight loss process faster.

Do every exercise for 6 minutes a day. 30 sec exercise then 30 sec rest. Follow the rule 5 days of a week. If you feel that you are used to these exercise then increase the time as per your body.
