Hello everyone, welcome to full body abs workout. For doing this no equipment is necessary. It's a standing home workout. Because of doing these powerful exercises,  you can tone your belly.

I have shown 9 different exercises to lose belly fat. This workout is great for beginners. This belly fat workout will help in toning your abs and burn belly fat. Along with this workout, I suggest you to follow a low-carb diet for the best results.

Today I'll tell you about 9 different exercises. Do this exercise by engaging your core. Don't forget to engage your core. Let's move on to the exercise.


No 1. Jump and Twist:

Procedure:

1. stand your feet together. 

2. bring your hands together in front of your 

3. You have to make a small jump and rotate your feet to the right.

4. Again jump

5. And rotate your feet to the left.

6. Repeat it

7. Don't forget to breathe. 

Benefit:

It's a great warm-up exercise that contains cardio movement as well as works on your obliques. It helps to lose belly fat and helps to lose inches off your waist.


No 2. Front toe touches. 

Procedure :

1. stand keeping some gap in the middle of your feet.

2. Raise your hand beside you.

3. Raise your right leg until it's parallel to the ground. 

4.And then touch your toe with your left hand.

5. Come back to the first position 

6. Raise your left leg until it’s parallel to the ground. 

7. And then touch your toe with your right hand. 

8. Repeat the process. 

9. Don't forget to breathe. 

Benefit :

It is great for losing belly fat. Along with this, it helps to increase the flexibility of your body. It improves speed, balance. It raises your heart rate, so you may lose your overall body weight along with belly fat. 


No 3. Knee to hand

Procedure:

1. stand keeping some gap in the middle of your feet.

2. Raise your hand together in front of you.

3. Bring your right knee up and touch it with your two hands.

4. When put the leg on the ground, put it a little back. 

5. Then up knee Again and touch it with your hands.

6. Do it continuously for 15 seconds. 

7. Then move on the left leg for 15 seconds. 

8. Don't forget to breathe. 

Benefit: 

It strengthens your muscle around your knees. Do the exercise by engaging your core. Because of engaging core, you lose your belly fat by doing this. 


No 4. Rainbow squat

Procedure :

1. stand keeping some gap in the middle of your feet.

2. Raise your hand over your head.

3. bend your knees like sitting a chair

4. and drag your two hands one side like a rainbow over your head.

5. Then stand up.

6. Again bend your knees like sitting a chair

7. Drag your two hands on the other side like a rainbow over your head.

8. Repeat it.

9. Don't forget to breathe. 

Benefit: It strengthens your body. It helps to shape your glutes. It helps to tone your belly and tightening your core.

 

No 5. waist Pincher

Procedure :

1. stand keeping some gap in the middle of your feet.

2. turn the right knee outside. 

3. then lift the right leg over nice and high. 

4. Same time you crunch and bring the elbow down towards the knee.

5. Do it repeatedly. 

6. After 30 seconds you will switch the side.

7. And do the same thing with your left knee and elbow.

8. Don't forget to breathe. 

Benefit : 

It helps to get better posture. It is good to get an hourglass figure. As well as losing belly fat it promotes your weight loss.

 

No 6. wood chop

procedure :

1. stand keeping some gap in the middle of your feet.

2. Raise your hand together over your head.

3. Now twist and bend towards right knees. 

4. Inhale as you lift back of and exhale as you lift down.

5. After 30 seconds you will switch the side.

6. And do the same thing.

7. Don't forget to breathe. 

Benefit :

It engages maximum body muscles. It helps to improve hip and shoulder stability and strength your body. It can give you eye-catching abs.

 

No 7. Leg raise and side bend

procedure:

1. stand keeping some gap in the middle of your feet.

2. Raise your right leg on the right side parallel to the ground. 

3. Bring your right elbow down to make a crunch. 

4. Try to touch the knee with your elbow. 

5. Repeat it for 30 sec.

6. Then switch side.

7.Don't forget to breathe. 

Benefit :

It helps to improve muscle endurance. It is great to get better body stabilization. It helps you to get abs.


No 8. Cross over toe touch

procedure :

1. Bend your body keeping your back straight. 

2. Now touch the right foot with the left leg.

3. And left with the right hand alternatively. 

4. another hand will point towards the sky.

5. Try to make this crunch fast but clean.

6. Engage your core.

7. Don't forget to breathe. 

Benefit : 

It proves core strength.  It promotes weight loss. It makes your body more flexible. It helps to tone your abdominals.


No 9. High knee and Twist :

Procedure :

1. stand keeping some gap in the middle of your feet.

2. Put your hand at the back of your head.

3. Now bring the left knee up and touch it with your right elbow. 

4. Then bring it back.

5. Repeat the same for 30 seconds.

6. And then switch sides.

7. Don't forget to breathe. 

Benefit : 

It is a cardio-intensive exercise. It engages your core. It helps to strengthen all the muscles of your leg. It pumps up your heart rate which promotes your weight loss and burns calories. It is superb for lower abs and obliques.
