we are in a very hard time right now and the only thing that can help you right now is to have a certain habit that can really help you to lead a fit and healthy life. That's why here I am with 10 amazing and easy habits which you should include in your daily life and get the best results when it comes to weight loss and living a healthy.

No 1. Having a good sleep at night:

The first habit has to be sleeping well to wake up well. You must have noticed that when you don’t sleep well at the last night, the next becomes dull and you feel quite irritated the whole day. You cannot concentrate properly on your works. So make sure that you sleep well and for that, you have to avoid binge using mobile phones without any necessary. Make sure you indulge yourself in some bedtime exercises and avoid overeating before you go to sleep. So these are few important steps that you should follow before going to sleep. In order to make sure you have a stress free without any distress sleep. So that you have a very well-defined day the next day. So make sure that you give the proper rest to your body in order to have a beautiful morning the next day.

 

No 2. Start your day with hydration :

 The next step is a very important habit is to begin your day with water. It's super important to begin your day with having some water even one glass of water will do. You should intake water in the morning. It's really very important for your body because when you start your day with water, all your body and digestive system and your metabolism come in place and your gut is intact and make sure you begin your day slowly and your body is well prepared for the things coming up in the day. So make sure that you have a glass of water at the beginning of your day; very normal water, not lukewarm water not warm water, not cold water only normal temperature water. 

No 3. Get vitamin D

The next habit that I will highly recommend is to get vitamin D. We don't give that much importance to vitamin D in our body. That's why after 30 or 40 years of age we feel that the bones are cracking,  a lot of pains and then we get tested the vitamin D levels come out to be very low. It is because we haven’t that much importance to vitamin D in the initial years of our life. So it's very important to take some vitamin D.  You should start to give 10 - 15 minutes under the sunlight. And it is a very very crucial step after getting up in the morning. So just 10-15 minutes under the sun every day.

No 4. Tea time:

The next important habit is to have tea time. Now when I say tea it means having some herbal tea like Camomile tea, green coffee, green tea, or black tea; any of them that you are consuming.  But what I actually mean by having tea time is having some self-time for yourself. Where you can actually reflect upon the day,  you can reflect on your life and spent some time with yourself. Make a routine for being productive. 

No 5. Enjoy your meal:

The next habit has to be enjoying your meal. We all know that we should eat healthily and eat clean but we don’t often give importance to the time that we spent eating a meal. It's very important that you enjoy each and every bite of your food. Consume it, signal your body that you are having it, and love it the most. When you love your food while you are eating you will get the best possible result and this is one of the best and important habits to inculcate in your daily life.

No 6. Move your body:

The next step has to be moving your body. You all know that it's very important to move your body every day one way or the other. It's not important that you just focus on doing one kind of exercise every day.  You can do it by going to the gym or exercising some high-intensity workout. You can go with anything that you love. It can be anything that you enjoy the most; it can be a dance workout,  yoga session,  meditation or going for a walk, going for a running.  Just move your body. Keep moving, keep yourself active. When you keep yourself active you release some good endorphins and those endorphins really help your body to be in good mood every time. You release some happy hormones. So it’s important not just for your weight loss but for the life to keep healthy keep sustainable. So keep walking, keep moving,  keep running, keep dancing or playing sports of your choice but do something to keep your body active and feet. And your joints moving.  So yes, it's really super important to keep your body moving. 

 

No 7. Breathe in and out:

The next step is to breathe in and out. Now it's important. Right now we know our body demands more oxygen. we have to have the capacity of our lungs boosted. This is the thing we all know now but in your daily routine you should focus on meditation, you should focus on breathing in and out, and focus on boosting oxygen in your body as much as you can. So that all your cells get an ample amount of oxygen to do their various activities. So it’s very important to do breathe in and out.  Do some breathing exercises regularly. 

 

No 8. Cut on the phone after next 40 minutes after reading this blog:

The next step is to cut on the phone after the next 40 minutes after reading this blog. This is a task, not the habit I am giving you every time that cut yourself from your phone and all the gadgets for the next 40 minutes and do nothing. We don’t know how it actually affects your mind. So it’s important to cut yourself from these all technological things and give yourself some time.

 

No 9. Cook your own meal:

The next step is not a habit but I still suggest you do it if possible. I know you have a very busy schedule and hectic routine, you don’t have that much time for cooking. But it is a very important skill. We all should try to develop this habit. To lose weight, it is one of the best tricks. Cooking your own meal giving you an idea of what you going to consume, giving you knowledge about things that you are going to have. It really helps your body, understand the mechanism of your body. So it’s also a very good habit to be fit and healthy permanently. Just try to find out 5 minutes of your day and try to cook your meals by own. 

 

No 10. Spend sometimes with green:

Last but not least spend some time with greens. Nature, trees, plants will not only give you good oxygen but also help to build positivity, help to release stress. And it’s one of the most important habits. It also helps to glow your skin because green areas are free from all kinds of pollution. So try to build this habit.
